Magnesium is a micronutrient involved in nearly every major metabolic, cellular, and biochemical process in the body. It promotes relaxation and supports nerve function and sleep. Yet, many adults do not get adequate amounts of magnesium in their diet alone.
Plus stands for the 3 other micronutrients included in our formula: Vitamins D3, K2, and Zinc. Vitamin D can be produced in the body with sufficient sunlight exposure, is important to bone and muscle health, and plays a role in immune function.
