GU2O Hydrating Instructions

To enjoy GU2O at its most effective, prepare it just before your workout. If setting out on a multi-hour training adventure, carry GU2O in powder form and mix it with water while on the go.

Before:
Start drinking GU2O before starting your workout, to maximize hydration levels. We recommend 16-24 oz. of GU2O consumed about an hour before exercise.

During:
During exercise, consume 20-30 oz. of GU2O per hour.

After:
After finishing your workout drink another 24 oz. of GU2O to help your body restore normal hydration levels and assist recovery.

Combine GU2O with GU Energy Gels or Roctane Ultra Endurance Gels for the ultimate in sports hydration and fueling. Take one gel 15 minutes before training or competition and then one gel every 30-45 minutes during exercise. Drink GU2O throughout.

Note: Because GU2O contains mostly complex carbohydrates instead of tons of sugar, it does not mix well in icy cold water. Use a little warm or room temperature water to mix it and then top it off with cold water.
