GU is committed to improving the athletic experience of athletes regardless of sport or ability. One of the ways we hold to this commitment is by aligning ourselves with great events for our mutual benefit. We ask you to commit to the following should your event be selected for sponsorship:

• 1. You must agree not to have any sponsors that conflict with GU and/or GU₂0.
  
• 2. Race participants must be made aware that GU and/or GU₂0 is/are on course.
  
• 3. GU and/or GU₂0 must be listed under "Course Description" and/or "Aid Stations" on your website and all marketing communications. URL where GU logo and link will appear:

• 4. The GU and/or GU₂0 logo(s) must be listed as "Sponsor(s)" on all marketing communications.
  
• 5. You must agree to feature the GU and/or GU₂0 logo in accordance with the above. In addition, visual presentation of GU and/or GU₂0 logo(s) must be in keeping with our "GU Registered Trademark Usage Guidelines."
  
• 6. GU may provide collateral, product information and/or samples for use at your event. The race director agrees to distribute such items via participants' race bags.
  
• 7. When GU Energy Gels are on the course, they must be distributed before a water station.
  
• 8. GU garbage boxes (if provided) will be utilized at aid stations where GU Energy Gel is provided and at the start/finish area.
  
• 9. GU banners and signage must be placed in the start and finish areas.
  
• 10. GU will be provided one 10' x 10' booth space in the event expo area for the purposes of sampling and sales of GU products and accessories. GU will also be permitted to set up a booth on the day of the event for the same purposes.
  
• 11. Upon request, GU will be provided with up to four complimentary entries to your event.
  
• 12. Sponsorship product must be used for this event only and may not be sold, traded or used for other purposes. Product used in any other manner will be invoiced to the event at full wholesale.
